A journey that started over 10 years ago. BusinessOwls was formed out of a friendship and working relationship between Tom Gricka and John Lynch. Tom and John met and began working together over a decade ago working on two sides of the same coin, that being servicing the Small Business community. John had been working on the operations and technology side of business services implementing CRMs such as Salesforce, API integrations, reporting and infrastructure. Tom had been working in marketing and advertising for small business handling SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media and all other forms of communication and lead generation.
They quickly realized that the two were not only kindred spirits but also had the very unique skillset, experience and relationships to be able to combine to make a real difference to small businesses. Through their clients and partners they have been able to help small businesses from inception to growth and expansion. This has given them the ability to model out what a business needs to get started, how to scale and most importantly, avoid the pitfalls that many businesses fall into.
Together, they have built a platform to help small businesses find financing, get a website up and running, create a tech infrastructure to manage their business and increase sales.
